Apple crop in Kashmir completely destroyed

The wholesale market organisers in Delhi are projecting more than 60 per cent fall in the quantity of apples from Kashmir in the entire season, it said. Most families in Sopore in north Kashmir and Shopian in the south are involved in the cultivation of the fruit that flourishes in the hilly environment.
