- Aditi brings missing Bollywood glamour
'Boss' star Aditi Rao Hydari brought Bollywood glamour to Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2015 by turning showstopper for designer Payal Singhal. Hydari was the first Bollywood celebrity to walk the ramp at WIFW, in its third day. Singhal's collection titled 'Firadus' was an ode to the enchanting Gulmarg valley in Kashmir, which has been reeling from flood crisis. Hydari set the ramp on fire in a high-waist black lehenga which she teamed with gold jacket choli. "My collection is inspired by Kashmir. I have chosen this colour palette because black signifies the mourning as the state had gone through so much and beige is the colour of hope. I just hope that everything becomes normal," Payal told media persons after the show. Aditi heaped praise on the designer and said,"I have complete trust in Payal. She is a fabulous designer and has a nose for intricacy. Her collection is feminine and beautiful. I really enjoyed donning it." The collection was dominated by the motifs of Cyprus trees of the valley and leather embroideries in silk cigarette pants, Mandarin collar shirts, sleeveless shirt dress among others. The fabrics were silks, chanderis, organzas and tulles.
