Big B congratulates Dipa, takes a jibe against Indian media

Amitabh Bachchan, fondly called Big B by his fans is one of the most active celebs on the social media. He ensures that there is no gap of communication with his fans, at least through this medium. Therefore there was a quick congratulations for Indian gymnast Dipa Karmakar for entering the finals. But in the same breath he hinted at Indian media for its lack-luster response for the players. Indian media, he hinted, was engrossed in covering feats of foreign athletes while ignoring Indian athletes. This will give the much needed jolt to the tedious attitude media. While we see all foreign players getting a very good coverage, the Indian counterparts are hardly seen. And our players need to be encouraged at equal intervals to keep their momentum going.
