Bold Kalki was shy once !

Bollywood actress Kalki Koechlin who has never shied away from taking up bold roles in films like Dev D and Margarita With a Straw, confessed that she was a shy person in her school days. Kalki who has played the role of a happy-go-lucky girl in the film Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani, said she used to hide her shyness behind her jokes and sense of humour. She says that, "I was a shy person in school until I reached the age of 13 and I realised that I had a sense of humour... so I was the class clown. I kind of hid my shyness behind my humour".
