Bollywood’s biggest grossers of 2014

Aamir Khan’s PK is being touted as a film which will cross Rs 300 crore in the Indian market. Until a couple of years ago, anybody who came up with such a forecast would have been dismissed as a crazy optimist. But, not any longer. With ticket prices soaring in recent years and because of the fact that Aamir creates new benchmarks in the industry, chances of PK’s getting to that magic figure must not be ruled out. If PK crosses that figure or reaches around Rs 250 crore, it will compete with or surpass the record of Dhoom 3. Compared to that, how have the blockbusters of 2014 fared?
