Where it has become the highest holiday grosser in Pakistan, Salman Khan's 'Kick' came under a grenade attack in the country on Thursday. At least two people got injured when some unidentified persons threw a hand grenade at a popular cinema in Karachi screening Salman Khan's latest movie 'Kick'. "Two men on a motorcycle threw the hand grenade at the entrance of the cinema and fled from the scene," senior police official Imran Shaukat said. The police is investigating the motive behind the attack. There is a heavy rush at all cinema halls in Pakistan due to the Eid holidays and the theatre at the MA Jinnah road was running housefull at the time of attack. With an estimated earnings of Rs 20.8 million, 'Kick', has set the record for the highest opening day collection in Karachi in ticket sales on the day of Eid. The Salman Khan flick was released across 58 screens on Eid in Karachi.
