Sources claim that Bebo was to paired opposite with Hrithik in Kaho Na Pyar Hai. However due to some differences, Bebo took the step back and Ameesha Patel was paired opposite. Speculations claim that Bebo and Hrithik were deeply in love, but Hrithik secretly married his ladylove Sussane Khan in Bangalore. At present, Kareena is happily settled with Saif Ali Khan and Hrithik and Sussane parted their ways.
