Bebo, who is known for her unique fashion sense and innovative style statement, recently committed a fashion blunder. The incident took place during the music launch of her cousin Armaan Jain's debut flick 'Lekar Hum Deewana Dil'. Kareena, who was wearing sexy black blouse, mistakenly shows off 'safety pin'. Well, it was a mistake but for Kareena it should be called a fashion blunder.
