Get ready for 'Ram Lakhan' remake

Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar has joined hands with Rohit Shetty to remake the famous yesteryear's hit 'Ram Lakhan'. To reprise the role of Jackie Shroff and Anil Kapoor, Karan chose Ranbir Kapoor and Sidharth Malhotra, but due to Ranbir's hectic schedule, Karan has now finalise varun Dhawan for the role. In the remake version of 'Ram-Lakhan', Sidharth will play Ram and Varun will play Lakhan. This will be the second time that Varun and Sidharth will work with Karan Johar for a film. The two debut wth KJo in 'Student Of The Year' and this will also be Karan's second remake of a Bollywood film. In 2012, Karan Johar remaked 'Agneepath'. In association with Subhash Ghai's Mukta Arts, who directed the original version, 'Ram Lakhan' remake version will hit theatres in 2016.
