Not only are today's stars team owners like Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan , the co- owner of IPL team Kolkata Knight Riders, Actresses Preity Zinta and Shilpa Shetty co-own IPL teams Kings XI Punjab and Rajasthan Royals, Abhishek Bachchan owner of Kabaddi team Jaipur Pink Panthers and Indian Super League Chennai Franchise team , Ranbir kapoor owns ISL football team Mumbai city FC to name a few. And over the years Bollywood has churned out many sports movies. former Miss World Priyanka Chopra's latest Mary Kom, a biopic on 2012 London Olympics Bronze medal winner and a former five time World champion M C Mary Kom finds a worthy mention in the list of Hindi films based on sports. It is also one of the few films in this genre with a female protagonist.The film may not be as big a success as Farhan Akhtar's Bhaag Milkha Bhaag but its reviews have been positive and Priyanka Chopra's power performance has been widely applauded and appreciated.
