Preity Zinta posted another Facebook post and Ness Wadia listed the names of nine witnesses he wants quizzed in the case even as investigators are likely to record his statement in the next 48 hours as lawyers from both sides worked on the nuances of an out-of-court settlement.Preity has accused Ness, the son of Bombay Dyeing owner Nusli Wadia, of “outraging her modesty†on May 30 during an IPL match at the Wankhede stadium.In a letter addressed to the investigating officer of the case registered by Marine Drive Police station, Wadia described as "false" the charges levelled against him by Zinta.
