Review in pics: Kaanchi

A lot of hype is created before the release of a big banner fim these days. In fact the promotion budget is at times more than the budget of the film. As long as the teasers were on, Kaanchi looked very promising. The message seemed strong, the music was fabulous, the location looked virgin and above all these the new discovery Kaanchi (Mishti Mukherji) looked very promising, her innocent beauty very appealing. But none of these factors linger when you watch the whole movie. The concept is great but the treatment is a bit tedious.
