Best known for her 'Plain Jane' yet strong roles in films, actress Richa Chadha says she is mostly seen in de-glamourised avatar on-screen because her movies do not have the budget to afford designer wear. The "Masaan" actress, however, said she does not mind being deprived of fashionable roles as the kind of characters she plays and movies she gets, make up for it. "The kind of films that I do... they don't really have the budget for the actress to wear designer clothes. I think that is because it's mostly very relatable, real-life roles. If I wear a designer outfit in a film like 'Masaan' then it would look wrong. The script determines the costumes. At least that is how I like to work," Richa told media persons in an interview.
