Selena Gomez Selling Los Angeles Area Home for Almost $4.5 Million. The 23-year-old pop star is selling her mansion, located near Los Angeles' upscale Calabasas suburb. A real estate listing shows the some 7,700-square-foot home was put on the market this week. The asking price? Almost a cool $4.5 million. Gomez had bought the home for almost $3.7 million in 2014. Her mansion is located in a gated community, a little less than five miles away from where ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber used to own a house. Gomez's mansion contains six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a pool and spa, a courtyard, a gym and a guesthouse. The home is also equipped with security cameras. In 2014, police arrested a man for burglary and trespassing after he was found inside the guesthouse. He was sentenced to 45 days in jail after pleading no contest to unauthorized entry of a dwelling house, a misdemeanor, and was ordered to stay away from the singer. Gomez had previously owned a home in Tarzana, located about 10 miles east. She sold it for $3.4 million in 2014 to Iggy Azalea and Nick Young.
