Om Puri: He began with a tiny role in Sir Richard Attenborough’s Gandhi. He did a few remarkable British films before Hollywood came calling. Puri has acted in the Patrick Swayze starrer City of Joy, Wolf starring Jack Nicholson, The Ghost and the Darkness alongside Michael Douglas and Val Kilmer and Charlie Wilson’s War which stars Tom Hanks and Julia Roberts. The problem is, unlike Irfaan, Puri still hasn’t quite managed to get Hollywood assignments that have left a last impression.
