When Imran became Muslim from Hindu

Imran Khan became a columnist for The Hindustan Times in March 2009. In his first column he wrote "I like the idea of being able to connect with people one to one, and generally having a space to talk about what ever's going on in my head that week", and continues contributing occasionally to the paper. According to Khan, promoting alcohol and tobacco products is not right; he has refused all such offers, saying that he only represents brands he can relate to. He has endorsed several products (including Coca-Cola, Levis, MTS India, Maaza, Bru and Lux, having appeared in television and print advertisements.
