Why Balika Vadhu is coming to an end

The show which made it to the Limca Book of Records for longest running daily fiction show with over 2,000 episodes, is all set to come to an end.Balika Vadhu ran successfully for eight years and now the final schedule has been wrapped up. The show brought the subject of child marriage in a unique way. But it has been revealed that show will end on a happy note with heavy drama for sure.The show is running successfully from July 2008 and it will come to an end on July 31, 2016. It started with the story of Anandi and Jagdish, who got married at an early age. In second season, the story revolves around the life of Anandi’s daughter Nimboli aka Nandani, who later on become a doctor in the show but was also the victim of child marriage.
