Why did Deepika Padukone turn down Salman Khan yet again?

This might come as a shocker for some but if reports are to be believed, then the reigning queen of Bollywood has refused to work with the reigning king for the second time in a row. After refusing to do an item song in Salman Khan starrer Kick, now Deepika Padukone has turned him down yet again for his upcoming movie Sultan. Salman Khan and Yash Raj Films will work together again for the film Sultan after their massive success with their Ek Tha Tiger in 2012 and the makers were hoping to rope in Deepika as the lead opposite Salman. It is strange as Salman has given back to back 100 crore movies and has worked with all the leading actresses in Bollywood except for Deepika and this would have been a great opportunity for the two to come together for the first time.
