Organic foods are those which are produced without any chemical intervention. The craze for organic foods is increasing day by day. Organic crops must be grown in safe soil, have no modifications, and must remain separate from conventional products. Farmers are not allowed to use synthetic pesticides, petroleum-based fertilizers, and sewage sludge-based fertilizers. Organic foods use fewer pesticides, they are fresh, and organic farming is better for the environment. These foods have become very popular and its craze can be seen everywhere. But the question is, are they really healthier and more nutritious than the conventional foods? Do they really give that added value with the increase in price?
