PICS: Shiv Sena asks EC to derecognise MNS

After a violent clash Shiv Sena has asked Election Commission to de-recognise Raj Thackeray-led MNS. The demand for derecognition comes following MNS workers attacking Shiv Sena workers in Mumbai on Thursday, April 3. "The EC should de-recognise MNS over the attack which was pre-planned," Sena Secretary and MP Anil Desai told reporters at the party office Shivalay in Mumbai on Thursday, April 3. "We met Mumbai CP Rakesh Maria and brought to his notice the events leading to the unsavoury incident," Desai said.
