PM Modi salutes martyrs on 13th anniversary of 2001 Parliament terror attack

Wearing military-style fatigues, they burst into the area in front of the parliament just before noon one of them was wearing explosives strapped to his body and blew himself up soon after the men broke in.The parliament attack led to increased tensions between India and Pakistan and the 2001-2002 India-Pakistan standoff.
