Senpaga Vinayagar Temple renovation complete

The restoration work of the historic Hindu temple has now been completed at an estimated cost of 4.5 million dollars. The renovation work had started in August last year. Some 10,000 devotees are expected to attend the consecration ceremony of the Senpaga Vinayagar temple on Monday, Jan 26. Indian temple architect Palani Krishnamoorthy, who has worked in various temples of Malaysia India said he was honoured to have beautify the temple which was marked out as a historic site by the Singapore National Heritage Board.
