The government should announce it immediately," said Congress spokesman Randeep Singh Surjewala.Stating that only 30,000 ventilators are available for 130 crore population, he said it should be arranged in adequate number for coronavirus patients. Samples of all people under surveillance and those coming into contact with the coronavirus suspects be tested. Black marketing of hand sanitisers, face masks and liquid soaps is happening. Strict action should be taken against the black marketeers of hand sanitisers, face masks, liquid soaps, vegetables, pulses, potatoes, onions, etc," Surjewala said."Lakhs of daily wage labourers, MGNREGA workers, ad hoc/temporary workers, farmers and those employed in the unorganised sector have lost jobs due to Covid-19.
