A person impersonating as an IPS officer arrested by Patna Police minutes after he was seen giving instructions to the security personnel
PM Narendra Modi is in Patna today to attend the 350th Birth Anniversary of Sikh Suru Gobind Singh ji Maharaj. Celebrated as Prakash Parva the world over, the celebrations have special significance in the Gurudwara of Patna Sahib, the holy seat of the Guru. But an exclusive story by Samay news channel unearthed a shocking fact. The security of the PM was compromised with when a person, dressed in civil clothes, who called himself an IPS officer, was seen giving instructions to the guards, employed there for the PM’s security. Within minutes the fraud was detected and the Patna police flung to action and fraudster was arrested. When this lapse in security was pointed out by the Samay News Channel, Patna’s SSP, Manu Maharaj responded by saying that the plot was unearthed within ten minutes and therefore the security of the PM was not comprised with. The details and the motive of the imposter are still awaited.
PM Modi was seen talking fondly with the Bihar CM Nitish Kumar. In fact he was seen appreciating the CM from the stage for his bold steps that he took to ban liquor from the state.
