Two persons died while two others were critically injured after their speeding car hit a divider and overturned, police said on Tuesday.
Police said the accident took place at Mukundpur flyover late on Monday night when the four - Ankit Gupta, 27, Nayan, 28, Ashish, 29 and Saurav, 30, all of Uttar Pradesh, were going from Mandawali to Jhangirpuri in east Delhi.
"A passer-by informed police about the accident. All of the four were taken to a nearby private hospital, where Ankit and Nayan were declared brought dead, while the condition of Ashish and Saurav, who are still unconscious, is still critical," said a senior police officer.
Prima facie, it was found that all the four consumed alcohol. Their family members have been informed, police said.
