The Bench of Chief Justice DN Patel agreed to hear the plea after lawyer Mehmood Paracha mentioned the matter.Violence erupted between pro- and anti-CAA groups in areas like Jaffrabad, Maujpur and Gokulpuri in northeast Delhi on Sunday.
