What kinda 'locha' is this man?

Their fake accents, I am okay with. But, what gives anybody the right to say that there is so much 'locha happening' (mess) in his or her life? I had learnt this expression from a mischievous colleague of mine a long time ago, but I now realise it is quite popular. How can a person assert that 'having calmcoolpeace' is the 'coolest thingy to do'? Really, like, my mind gets messed up when I hear such stuff. But you know what? I need to accept. I need to deal with it. How often do I tell them that using 'locha' in spoken English can – unintentionally, yet certainly – lead to biiiig lochas while writing? I cannot. Hence, keeping mum and deciphering what they say is the only option.
