Monsoon advancing to northern states

Monsoon advancing to northern states of India

North-west India has until now recorded only 65.1 mm of rainfall as compared to normal rainfall of 141.3 mm whereas central India has received 115.7 mm of rainfall as compared to 282 mm of expected precipitation. Several parts of north-west India like western Uttar Pradesh and Uttarkhand, Punjab, East and West Rajasthan have received scanty rainfall.
