Prominent dictators, who have changed world scenario

Muammar Gaddafi (1942–2011): Popularly known as the dictator of Libya, Gaddafi took control of the reins of the country for 42 years. Gaddafi showed traits of being revolutionary, inspite of coming from poor and under privileged family. His increasing dominance and support for terrorism and violation of human rights led to mass revolt and eventually resulted in the end of his reign.
