PICS:Flood situation worsens in Bihar,UP

According to relief commissioner's office, a total of 16,68,195 people have been affected by the floods. As many as 1,038 villages in 16 districts have been adversely hit, officials said, adding that so far 260 people have been killed in rain-related incidents this monsoon. People in the affected areas are being shifted to safer places and flood chowkis are maintaining round the clock vigil in the affected areas, officials said.
